This apartment is in extremely good decorative order and is furnished to a very high standard throughout. It is wheelchair friendly and less than a minute walk to the communal pool area. |

January to May £175 per week June, July and August £225 per week September to December £175 per week
Prices are for the apartment, not per person, and includes water and electricity charges. In addition, a cleaning charge of 45 euros is payable, on arrival, to the property managers

Booking Details
A 20% deposit is required on booking, and the remainder to be paid, not less than eight weeks prior to arrival at the property. Payment can be made either by cheque, direct to the owner, or online by credit/debit card securely via Paypal. A 3.5% surcharge will be added for card payments.
On arrival, a £100 security bond (cheque will be accepted) is to be given to the property managers, who will return it after a satisfactory check of the property on your departure. |
