Jumilla III is a quiet residential complex in Playa Flamenca. It is a private area, and access is gained with a key for the pedestrian gates and ‘fobs’ for the electrically operated vehicle entry gates.
In all, there are 225 properties which are a mixture of apartments, bungalows and houses, most of which are owned by the English, but the Irish, Germans and Scandinavians also have properties there. There is a true sense of community spirit among the residents, and most visitors notice this during their stay.
The central core is the community pool which is open all the year round from 0800 to 2200, though there will be a period during the mornings, that it will be closed for routine cleaning. |

There are 11 blocks of 16 apartments on four levels, with three types of floor plan. Also, overlooking the pool, are a variety of houses, bungalows and apartments on two levels (duplexes) |

Within a five minute walk of the complex is a shop, which can supply most of your daily needs, bars and restaurants. The Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre is approximately two minutes away by car, 10-15 minutes on foot. The centre has an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, where you can eat from many continental menus including, English, Chinese, Indian, German and Hungarian.
The nearest beaches are La Zenia and Playa Flamenca which take about five minutes by car and 20-30 on foot. Once at the beach, there are pleasant walks along the coast from one sandy beach to another. |

The nearest large town is Torrevieja, and is about 10 minutes away by car, though the adventurous may want to walk along the coast which will take about an hour and a half. Roughly halfway you can stop at one of the beachside cafes to refresh yourself.
Also nearby are numerous golf courses, horse riding, water park and a go-kart track. |
