This apartment is in extremely good decorative order and is furnished to a very high standard throughout. It is wheelchair friendly and less than a minute walk to the communal pool area.

The lounge/diner is equipped with a three seater, and two seater settee, dining table and chairs, ceiling fans, coffee table, English satellite TV, DVD and CD/radio. Patio doors lead out to the balcony where there is a table and chairs

The kitchen, is well equipped and includes an electric oven/hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, cutlery and crockery.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with two single beds, bedside cabinet, drawer unit, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan and portable fan. The white en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet, drawer unit, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan.

The main bathroom has a white bath, with shower over, WC, bidet and vanity unit.

Prices are for the apartment, not per person, and includes water and electricity charges. In addition, a cleaning charge of 45 euros, is payable on arrival, to the property managers

Booking Details

 

A £50 deposit is required on booking, and the remaining balance to be paid, not less than eight weeks prior to arrival. A key/breakage security bond of £50 is required with the remaining balance. This will be refunded on return of the keys, subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning. In all cases, the deposit is non-refundable. Payment can be made either by cheque, direct to the owner, or online by credit/debit card securely via Paypal. A 3.5% surcharge will be added for card payments.
