This ground floor duplex apartment is situated in Pau 8, a quiet residential area of Villamartin, and is a 10-15 minute walk from the Villamartin Plaza and golf course. Although not essential, car rental is recommended for trips to the beaches, which are a 10 minute drive away.

 

The communal pool is three steps away from the front gate of the property, so not far to go to cool off in the summer. Air conditioning and English satellite TV have been installed to add to your comfort.

The lounge/diner comprises a three seater sofa bed, dining table and chairs, coffee table and English satellite TV. The front door leads out to the terrace which overlooks the communal pool

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven/hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and fully tiled en-suite bathroom that is equipped with WC, walk-in shower and vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobes

The main bathroom has a white bath, with shower over, WC, bidet and vanity unit.

Prices are for the apartment, not per person, and includes water, air conditioning and electricity  charges. In addition, a cleaning charge of 45 euros is payable, on arrival, to the property managers

Booking Details

 

A 20% deposit is required on booking, and the remainder to be paid, not less than eight weeks prior to arrival at the property. Payment can be made either by cheque, direct to the owner, or online by credit/debit card securely via Paypal. A 3.5% surcharge will be added for card payments.
