This apartment is in extremely good decorative order and is furnished to a high standard throughout. Although on the first floor, it is wheelchair friendly with access gained via ramps and a lift. It is less than a minute walk to the communal pool, and less than five minutes from a shop, bars and restaurants. |

The lounge/diner is spacious comprising two sofa beds, dining table and four chairs, coffee table, display cabinet, air conditioning and English satellite TV. A door leads on to the balcony where there is patio table and chairs. |

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes. Patio doors lead out on to the balcony where there is a table and chairs. Another door leads into the white en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit. |

The American style kitchen, is well equipped and includes an electric oven/hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. |

The main bathroom has a white bath, with shower over, WC, bidet and vanity unit. |

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobes. Just outside this is a door to the main bathroom. |

Prices are for the apartment, not per person, and includes water, electricity and air conditioning charges. In addition, a cleaning charge of 45 euros + 5 euros per person over, is payable on arrival, to the property managers.

Booking Details
A £50 deposit is required on booking, and the remainder to be paid, not less than six weeks prior to arrival at the property. Payment can be made either by cheque, direct to the owner, or online by credit/debit card securely via Paypal. No surcharge will be added for card payments.
A security bond, to cover damage or breakages, may be requested by the owner. This will be returned at the end of your stay. |
