This apartment is in extremely good decorative order and is furnished to a high standard throughout. Although on the first floor, it is wheelchair friendly with access gained via ramps and a lift. It is less than a minute walk to the communal pool, and less than five minutes from a shop, bars and restaurants.

The lounge/diner is furnished with a three seater settee and two arm chairs, dining table and chairs, coffee table, TV with an assortment of DVD’s and air conditioning. A door leads on to the balcony where there is a table and chairs.

The American style kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle toaster, crockery and cutlery.

Bedroom 1 has two single beds, which are pushed together, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Patio doors lead on to the balcony.

 

The white en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds, drawer unit, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.

The main bathroom has a white bath, with shower over, WC, bidet and vanity unit.

Prices are for the apartment, not per person, and includes water and electricity charges. Air conditioning is metered, and controlled by prepaid cards, which can be purchased from the property manager. In addition, a cleaning charge of 45 euros + 5 euros per person over, is payable on arrival, to the property managers

Booking Details

 

A 20% deposit is required on booking, and the remainder to be paid, not less than eight weeks prior to arrival at the property. Payment can be made either by cheque, direct to the owner, or online by credit/debit card securely via Paypal. A 3.5% surcharge will be added for card payments.

 

On arrival, a £100 security bond (cheque will be accepted) is to be given to the property managers, who will return it after a satisfactory check of the property on your departure.
