The lounge/diner comprises a two seater settee, sofa bed, dining table and chairs, coffee table and English satellite TV. Patio doors lead on to the balcony, which overlooks the communal pool. Stairs lead up to the private roof solarium, where there is a table and chairs and swinging chair. |

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle toaster, crockery and cutlery. |

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The white en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit. French windows lead out to a small balcony. |

Prices are for the apartment, not per person, and includes water and electricity charges. In addition, a cleaning charge of 45 euros for up to four persons + 5 euros per person over, is payable on arrival, to the property managers

Booking Details
A £50 deposit is required on booking, and the remainder to be paid, not less than six weeks prior to arrival at the property. Payment can be made either by cheque, direct to the owner, or online by credit/debit card securely via Paypal. No surcharge will be added for card payments.
A security bond, to cover damage or breakages, may be requested by the owner. This will be returned at the end of your stay. |
