This apartment is in extremely good decorative order and is furnished to a high standard throughout. On the ground floor, it is wheelchair friendly with access gained via ramps . It is less than a minute walk to the communal pool, and less than five minutes from a shop, bars and restaurants. |

Booking Details
A 20% deposit is required on booking, and the remainder to be paid, not less than eight weeks prior to arrival at the property. Payment can be made either by cheque, direct to the owner, or online by credit/debit card securely via Paypal. A 3.5% surcharge will be added for card payments.
On arrival, a £100 security bond (cheque will be accepted) is to be given to the property managers, who will return it after a satisfactory check of the property on your departure. |
